Life can be so complicated,
With walls closing in on you,
Each direction that you turn,
Every door you pass through,
Don't despair --- out there,
Falling out of commitment,
With a husband or wife,
Empty dreams fading fast,
Complicated family life,
Don't despair --- out there,
Out there is filled with dreams,
Pleasures and lives extremes,
Out there will never know,
The depths of one’s heart and soul,
Life can be so beautiful,
If you fill it with change,
Remove all the baggage,
All in your life that is strange,
There's hope --- out there,
Stay clear of the push and shove,
Embrace and extend your love,
Don't live but share your dreams,
Life is as wonderful as it seems,
Out there --- somewhere,
Somewhere you will find your way,
Strength is found when you pray,
Keep focused on the things above,
This is where you will find true love --- Out There!!!

A child leans over her Mom ma's bed,
Arms out-stretched, laid her head down and said,
“Mom ma I love you, it’s going to be okay,
Please don’t leave, please don’t go away.”
One last time finding the strength,
She placed her hand on the child’s head,
“My little one I love you so,
The time has come for me to go.”
“I want to come with you,” the child cried.
“In time my little one, in time,
I will see you again on the other side.”
“On the other side my sweet daughter,
There are no good-byes,
No sad faces, or tearful eyes,
No more grief, and no more pain,
There, my child, I will see you again.
I will raise my arms and hold you near,
Forever will I love you my dear.”
Raising her head she wiped her eyes,
They then said their last good-byes,
While holding hands, Mom ma passed on,
All her suffering and pain were gone.
The little girl with arms out-stretched,
Reached for her daddy and pulled him near.
“Don’t cry daddy, it’s going to be okay,
Mom ma’s is not gone forever, she’s just gone away.
She promised in time that we would see her again,
That one day we will be home together in heaven.”
She lovingly wiped her daddy’s tears as he cried.
Suddenly she felt her Mom ma’s presence deep down inside,
Touching her with tender love from over, “On The Other Side”

Lord, we seek your light,
In this world with no conviction,
Darkened, so full of contradiction,
You are hope in a world astray,
From your will we have turned away,

I believe in time we will see,
A world with more harmony,
With the grace of time,
Your guiding light will surely shine,

Lord, shed your light,
Peace is what we're searching for,
Away from a world always at war,
Where ones religion and race,
Will unite us and be embraced,

I believe in time we will see,
A better world for you and me,
With the grace of time,
Your guiding light will surely shine,

Peace will flourish in our land,
With the wave of your loving hand,
Our imperfect world will truly be,
A world in perfect harmony.

In the depths of my being there is quiet and still,

A place in my soul Lord that only you can fill,

Like peace that is felt from a warm summer breeze,

A place in my soul Lord that only you can please,

In this place there are no distractions or fear,

A place in my soul Lord that I hold you so dear,

Where my being was formed in a miraculous way,

And is transformed there each and every day,

The place in my soul where battles are won,

My conscious is directed by God’s beloved Son,

Never leave this place Lord; I give it to you,

Take it home when my work here is through,

Thank you Lord for this tremendous grace,

That you have given to me in this resting place,

This place in my soul where you plant your seed,

In the depths of my being fulfilling my every need,

Amen.
